โรงเรียนบรมราชินีนาถราชวิทยาลัย
เป็นโรงเรียนประจำที่จัดการศึกษาให้ผู้เรียนมีคุณภาพ

พันธกิจ
1. พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของผู้เรียน
ให้มีความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการ
มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม
และมีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์
ภายใต้การบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วม
และยึดหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
2. พัฒนาระบบบริหารองค์กรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
และสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรให้เข้มแข็ง
3. พัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาทั้งระบบ
ให้สามารถจัดการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ
4. ส่งเสริมครอบครัว ชุมชน องค์กร และสถาบันสังคม
ให้มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา
